Participation in the 2025 Peri-Congress Surgical Observation Tour (PCSOT)

I am deeply honoured to have been selected for the Peri Congress Surgical Observation Training program as part of the KSES Congress 2025. I express my sincere gratitude to the office bearers of KSES 2025 for choosing me for this prestigious training program.

The training commenced with an exceptional Congress, where the sessions provided me with a new perspective on shoulder surgery, exposing me to the cutting-edge procedures performed by the elite surgeons. However, the subsequent week was truly remarkable. I had the privilege of attending sessions led by renowned professors such as Prof. Jae-Chul Yoo, Prof. Sang-Jin Shin, Prof. Jin-Young Park, Prof. Yang-Soo Kim, and Prof. Jong-Hun Ji. Each session offered a wealth of knowledge, including an extensive number of cases, techniques, and surgical tips.

But the highlight of my experience was the opportunity to stand alongside pioneers in shoulder surgery who had written landmark articles, classifications, and new procedures that I refer to daily during my practice. It was an incredible honor to learn from these esteemed individuals.

The courtesy and hospitality extended to me by the faculty at each center were truly exceptional. Especially the dinner with faculty and team. I would like to express my special gratitude to Dr. Young-Dae Jeon for meticulously planning the itinerary, guiding me through the sessions, and providing unwavering support even months before the event.

These sessions were incredibly inspiring and have had a profound impact on my practice and surgical skills. I will cherish this experience as one of the greatest achievements in my career.

South Korea is a beautiful country with kind and welcoming people. It is also t the forefront of cutting-edge developments in shoulder surgery. Given the opportunity, I would be delighted to return and further explore this field.
