Thanks to the remarkable achievement of the last annual international meeting, half of the participants in this year's annual meeting were from overseas. I deeply respect the former President, Kyu-Cheol Noh and the members of the committee for their efforts in preparing such a successful international meeting.

The 32nd Annual International Congress of the Korean Shoulder and Elbow Society (KSES) was successfully held at the Seoul SC Convention Center on March 28th and 29th, 2025. The event drew a global audience, with 48% of attendees coming from overseas, showcasing KSES's growing international influence.
This year’s congress featured an extensive program, including 32 free paper sessions, 4 plenary lectures, 16 symposiums, 5 Instructional Course Lectures (ICLs), and a forum session. These diverse sessions provided a platform for both emerging and seasoned shoulder and elbow experts to exchange knowledge, present groundbreaking research, and discuss clinical innovations.

Clinics in Shoulder and Elbow (CiSE) is an international journal indexed in both eSCI and Scopus, dedicated to advancing excellence and innovation in shoulder and elbow research. Through global collaboration, rigorous peer review, and a commitment to academic integrity, CiSE continues to solidify its standing in the orthopedic community. Over the past five years, CiSE has experienced a remarkable tenfold increase in citations, from just 56 in 2020 to 565 in 2024, demonstrating the growing influence and academic relevance of its publications. In 2024, the journal recorded an Impact Factor of 1.39, reflecting its strong visibility and contribution to the field.-
