Greetings from the president of KSES

Dear Respected Colleagues and Friends,

I am Jeong Woo Kim, the 34th President of the Korean Shoulder and Elbow Society.

It is my great pleasure to invite you to the KSES International Congress 2027, which will be held in March 26-27, 2027, during one of the most beautiful seasons in Korea. Spring in Korea is a time of renewal, warmth, and vibrant beauty. We sincerely hope that your visit to Korea will offer not only a meaningful academic experience but also a memorable opportunity to enjoy the beauty of our country in spring.

Under the slogan “Together Beyond Borders: Sharing Knowledge, Building Friendship,” members of our society and distinguished colleagues from around the world will gather to share knowledge, exchange clinical experience, and strengthen friendship in the field of shoulder and elbow surgery. KSES 2027 will feature plenary lectures, instructional course lectures, symposia, oral presentations, e-poster presentations, award sessions, a traveling fellowship session, and the editorial board meeting of Clinics in Shoulder and Elbow.

We are honored to welcome many distinguished international speakers. The presidential invited speakers include Dr. Leesa M. Galatz from The Mount Sinai Hospital, USA; Dr. Toshio Kitamura, President of the Japan Shoulder Society; Dr. Nattha Kulkamthorn, President-elect of TOSSM, Thailand; Dr. Raman Kant Aggarwal, President of SESI, India; Dr. Chunyan Jiang; and Dr. Tomoyuki Mochizuki from Japan. Together with many other renowned international faculty members, we are confident that KSES 2027 will be a rich and meaningful academic congress.

We are especially pleased to welcome India as the Guest Nation for KSES 2027. We sincerely hope that many colleagues from India will join us and that this congress will become a meaningful forum for sharing knowledge, exchanging clinical experience, and building lasting friendship between our societies. We believe that close communication among surgeons, researchers, and societies is essential for the continued development of our field. In this regard, KSES 2027 aims not only to promote academic excellence but also to deepen friendship and cooperation among colleagues from many countries.
